Two separate Practices were housed in one building and both were working under very cramped conditions. PHCC were able to assist by purchasing a nearby barn and converting it into a medical centre for one of the two Practices to move into.

PHCC also purchased the original surgery building and carried out refurbishment works, creating improved and larger premises for the remaining Practice.
