As one of PHCC's largest developments to date, the building accommodates three separate Practices together with community and seminar suites. All three Practices operate independently whilst having shared use of the garden courtyard, car park and the main reception desk in the entrance foyer. The building's red rendering was a specific requirement of the Local Authority which certainly makes it stand out!
