Each practice required new premises from which to operate. The old Dover Market site was identified and its prime location was ideal for the new development; particularly as the site was large enough to facilitate both Practices.

The two Practices are sited adjacent to one another in separate buildings, enabling them to function independently whilst sharing the car park and external areas.
